Lyceum Education Group, a global group of specialist education providers, is delighted to announce its acquisition of Aspiration Training Limited, a UK based specialist provider of apprenticeships and vocational training across the Dental, Early Years, Adult Care and Education sectors. These sectors align closely with the workforce priorities identified by Skills England and broader government initiatives to address critical skills shortages across healthcare, care and education.
Established in 2002, Aspiration Training supports learners and employers across England and Wales. Through a combination of online learning, workplace training and dedicated tutor support, the organisation delivers career-focused apprenticeship programmes. Designed to support learners at every stage of their career journey, these programmes provide the skills, knowledge and practical experience needed to succeed, with pathways ranging from entry level qualifications through to management level programmes.
Joining Lyceum Education Group will enable Aspiration Training to build on its strong foundations, accelerate its growth and continue investing in teaching quality, learner support, technology and the customer experience. As part of Lyceum Education Group, Aspiration Training will also benefit from access to the group’s extensive employer relationships, educational expertise and broader portfolio of professional and higher education programmes across the UK and overseas.
The acquisition will create enhanced opportunities for learners by providing clearer progression routes from vocational and apprenticeship pathways through to higher-level professional and management education. Aspiration Training will also be better positioned to support employers in developing skilled workforces and addressing talent shortages across healthcare, adult care, early years and education.
