YPO procurement will be integrated with IRIS Education system from September 2025
YPO and IRIS Education have launched a new partnership to provide an integrated e-procurement system for UK schools and MATs.
This new partnership will align IRIS Ed:gen school management information systems (MIS) and YPO purchasing systems, enabling YPO customers from across the education sector to align purchasing around peak periods.
Coming into effect from September 2025, this integration of YPO and IRIS Education is intended to increase automated processes, avoid unnecessary switching of suppliers and reduce admin time for education professionals, all whilst ensuring the continued delivery of essential products.

IRIS Education specialises in the development of software solutions, consolidating data across multiple systems. Its services are currently used by 75 per cent of UK multi-academy trusts with integrated education software solutions.
Wakefield-based YPO is one of the UK’s largest publicly owned buying organisations, procuring a range of products and services for the education sector.
