| More than 2,000 women expected to flock to Convene Sancroft St Paul’s on October 10 as the UK’s leading women’s health and menopause event expands for 2026
PAUSE Live (www.pauselive.com), the UK’s leading women’s health and menopause event, returns to London on October 10, 2026 with a new home at Convene Sancroft, St Paul’s, an expanded programme and a host of new experiences designed to help women better understand their health and hormones.
Now in its fourth year, the not-for-profit event is expected to welcome more than 2,000 women for a day of expert education, practical wellbeing and community.
This year’s theme, “Where Hormones Meet Harmony,” explores women’s health across every life stage, from menstruation through to menopause and beyond, encouraging women to look beyond symptom management and better understand the root causes of their health concerns.
Charlotte Body, Founder of PAUSE Live, said: “Women’s health is finally getting the attention it deserves, but many women are still left trying to piece together information on their own. PAUSE Live was created to change that. We want every woman to leave feeling informed, empowered and understood, with practical advice they can put into action immediately.”
New for 2026 is an expanded workshop programme featuring both returning favourites and new sessions on relationships, women’s health in the workplace, PMDD and PMOS. The event will also introduce a dedicated Neurodiversity Zone, exploring topics including ADHD, autism, hormones and endometriosis, alongside sensory-friendly spaces and wellbeing experiences.
Visitors can also enjoy a new interactive Experience Hub, offering yoga, Pilates, breathwork, hula hooping, tapping (EFT), journalling and relaxation sessions throughout the day.
More than 50 exhibitors, charities and organisations will showcase the latest innovations in women’s health, with new partners including House of Hormones and Menopause Money, alongside sponsors including WUKA, Yojo Health, Endued Health, Love Mushrooms, Meder Beauty, PurerVita and The Six Pack Revolution.
Mental wellbeing will also be a major focus, with Mind announced as PAUSE Live’s charity partner for 2026.
Final release tickets are now available via www.pauselive.com, with workshops and experiences expected to sell out in advance.
